The Ritual Recalibration Ratio records the factor by which a ritual's temporal or material frame is rescaled by the celebrant species' biology, as accepted within the panel. It is expressed as a multiplier against the human baseline.
Reference implementation: Working Paper No. 51 (RRR = 7.0× — the folk dog-year conversion, linear, memorable, and flattering). The Institute notes that RRR is the second instrument in the series to return exactly 7.0, has opened a file on the number seven, and declines to speculate further at this time.
